salt is a tough game just take your time and go SLOW 90% of problems can be avoided by not rushing. A beautiful reef will take years to build not days. If you do it quick be prepared for extensive maintenance and quite a few losses along the way. Take your time and you will be amazed how fast it comes together. The beginning is always the hardest almost everyone crashes their first tank or two it's just part of the learning curve and perfecting technique. Start with something simple and slowly add on it and always always research a lot before buying and anything else you might want in the near future.

Remember the P rule.... Planning and preparation prevent piss poor performance :D

Ya good plan stay in the game and just do lots reading, the confidence will come back. Your just depressed after your loss it's understandable. I wouldn't put a wrasse in a little frag system, it will most certainly jump out of. Wrasses need a tight lid, instinct has taught wrasses that if they get caught in tidal pools they will have to jump to get out.... And how could most fish not consider our tanks just little pools, when compaired to the ocean. Do your research and you and your tank inhabitants will be better for it :) good luck.
