That hairy mess attached to it are it's gills forming.  It looks like a mini demon worm or something.  LoL

I will set up a cam watching it to hopefully catch it when ready. A guy on another forum that I'm on has a shark ready to bust out and he's trying to catch it on video. Only problem is his camera catches 83 mins so he has to wake up every 75 mins to reset it. LoL
I hope I don't have that problem

It's crazy that he looked like a little worm with external gills in week one to now taking some form.  I couldn't capture it in today's video but his tail is starting to take shape and in week 3 you can see small fins starting to develop.

I try not to check on the shark except on Sundays. I took a peak today and its crazy that within 2 days I see a noticeable difference in growth.  Noticed his eyes developing more and external gills are getting smaller.

just took a new video today. I know it's a day early but at the angle he was at, I wasn't able to miss this chance.. you can see the development in his head now. his eyes are developed and he still has his gills externally.

also there is a noticeable size difference from last weeks video..

Thanks for the update.  The shark is looking great!  Someday Dave and I will get one too but he wants to wait until the Snowflake we are getting grows a bit - we don't want him to become lunch!!

Here's a sneak peak of what to expect on Sunday
He was in a good position where you could clearly see his face as well as body fully banded.  Just took a quick iPhone video. Took a video in the camera too which I'll have to check later and upload.
