Wow, making me want one more and more. Not looking like the wife got me one for my birthday this Friday though

In my 120...is there a setting to best suit it?

I found wave 1 mode was the best. The others didnt really create a great wave but still move a ton of water aound. I think if you were to since a couple of these together you could get great results in the other modes. the feed timer works great as advertised. I still can believ the power of this for 100.00 vrs the mp for 500+

No you can't. That is one of the issues. However, you can use a controllable dc power supply to fix this issue and tone it down. Darryl is running one of these powerheads on his frag tank and I think it is quite impressive myself! For the money, it really does move a lot of water! The controller is cheaply made but the powerhead seems to work great!

I've got one in my 4ft 90 and don't have any issues with it spilling the water out.  You can adjust the frequency of the wave to match your tank.  The 'other' mode can't be tuned down without a controller though.

Great video btw, thanks for posting that.  Good to know it performs so well in that huge tank!

I was rolling with Other mode for a while, but corals seem to like W1 better (better polyp extension) so I've been running that for the past week or so.

Ordered one yesterday to supplement my wavemaker (which I am just now going up to clean out, it used to move a LOT more water).

I figure it can't hurt, I'll let it and the tunze fight it out lol.
