I love it to. It is not a fast grower at all but it is worth the wait. If people want some I can start some small rocks and put them in my DT. If you get newer live rock i have only seen the purple or pink for sure.

You should see it in tank. It takes up a 2 feet across and it has grown down behind the rocks till it touched a rock and then spread back up. lol

Looks sweet man! Love your tank. I also have a very large blue ridge coral, it's one of my favourites as no one believes that it is actually a soft coral. It's the only member left from its genetic family. A soft coral that grow a calcium carbonate structure. Very cool.:) good luck

I also keep it because of this. When i got it originally it was the size of a dime. Who knew it would grow constantly and get so big. lol

Ya mine was a small $5 frag, that probably weighs 5 lbs. now. Yours looks closer to 10 lbs. I recently looked it up online and frags have gone up to $50 now!

I will frag it a few times as it has gotten to the point that it needs it. It is a really compact grower with a super hard skeleton so I will have to snip the new growth.

I totally read peoples minds and was like I need to post a pic and the name!! lol
