Led Upgrade

Hey guys!, upgrading my led's from the aquaticlife EDGE 36" which puts out 60w to the maxspect razor 120. What should my acclimation process be?

Start with no higher that 40% on the maxspect and either channels to start. Then move slowly by increasing no more than 2-3% in a week. Allowing a full 7 days in between each increase. Maxspects are powerful lights. I cooked a bunch of sps in less than a day when I switched to them from MH.

Ok sounds good! Next question....The old EDGE led's sat about ~4" above the water. How far above the water should I keep these?

I know with radions it was 8" minimum. I'd assume maxspects are similar. Google is your friend on this. My halides are 12"

Mine are at 6-7"
