So everything was fine when it all turned on, i left for a cpl hours and now my one set of bulbs dont work.. im pretty sure both bulbs wont blow at once, but havent switchd bulbs around cause havent had time. So what now, i just bought this fixture used so i dont have warranty on it. I dont know if i can take much more of this bulls#it. Every week it seems like its something new breaking or going wrong lol. I love saltwater but im getting pretty close to going back to freshwater.

If one bulb goes, the rest on that ballast won't work. Try switching bulbs around. Make sure fans are running too as bulbs are usually first to go if it gets hot, ballast next.

Well it seems to be a ballast..great. anyone have expierence replacing ballasts on a ATI Powermodule (Dimmable).
I can't believe your bad luck, Replacing the Ballast shouldn't be a problem if you can find one. Just open her up and take a look, it can't be that hard.

I know it's probably not what you want to hear but if you've still got 4 bulbs, it's probably still lots of light for your 75, Where did you get the fixture?
