I've had my 20gal running now since October2015, so almost 4 months. When I've put a new coral in, I've put them in a dip for 5 min or so before putting them in the tank. I just did a water change 30 min ago and I noticed some random little bug on the glass! Super small. I can't tell if it's a worm of some kind or something else?
Can you see Copepods with the naked eye or are they too small? I wish I could take a picture to show you guys.
There are more now that I look more closely. smaller than a pin head. It looks like they have a little white head with a little brown"ish" body? They move around like a silverfish that you see in basement cellers and that kind of thing. I tried to pick one out, but it smushed against the glass with the slightest touch.
Any ideas?

They may be. Just so small, it's hard to tell having never seen anything else like them in real life to compare them too. You may be right.

There are many species of pods, some so small you cannot see with naked eye.

It will be some type of copepod or amphipod. There are lots of types that you can see if you look hard enough. Amphipods are usually bigger and can be missed. Nothing to worry about, they help keep your tank clean and occasionally become for for your fish.

So nothing to worry about than? Bonus.
Is there such thing of having too many? My understanding is that most people get mandarins to take care of them, but keep a refugium to give them a place to multiply and sustain the population?
I could be way off, I'm just not sure what to do about them?

Never too many. People don't get mandarins to take care of them, the issue is that people get mandarins before their tank is ready for them. You need a good supply of copeds to feed one and if your tank is not supplying enough, you need to buy or risk starving your beautiful specimen.

I wouldn't be to worried atm try to take a pic of it if it has spikes out the back of be worried lol but it's hard to tell with no pic , and personally I dip my corals for at least 10 min sometimes even 15 (but never just leave them sitting in there in the solution , always keep swirling them around of it was have as big as an effect on the nudies/bugs)
