(and yeah, it's a bit more stress than I anticipated.  I thought it would be like 50 people hanging out...people seem to be expecting the canada's wonderland of frag swaps) :)

Wait? Its not? WTF

Got to say, you have been doing a good job. I think by now you have learned lots to make next years even better... Right?

I've been there!  Hopefully everything goes smoothly for you the day of the event!  Do you have a lot of people coming early to help you get set up?

Here's a question I haven't seen an answer to... but I may have missed it, this thread is getting kinda large!  For someone who plans to stay the entire day but buys a frag at the start of the event, how will that work?  Will we have to carry the frags around in baggies all day or leave them in the frag tanks as "reserved for x" and then collect them when ready to leave?

I dont think it has been answered but I would bring a cooler bag with you.  I am not sure I would want a frag I purchased to stay in the system it was bought from.  Once I bought something I would want it with me.  There are so many things that can go wrong with leaving it.

When ppl go to fragswaps. They carry around a small cooler and a blue led flashlight. And cash

+1

And also a bigger cooler in the car in case you run out of room in the smaller one!

I also plan to bring a sharpie to write on each bag who I bought it from and what it is.

Another thing i seen at swaps. Is some dealers pull sold fraagsto the swaps  and mark sold.    But im sure yu wil be good to bag em and put in cooler all day in yur car  Same as shipping away long distance

I'm just keeping a cooler in my trunk and when my hands are full ill load em up in the cooler and back to the swap. With this weather drags could last all day in bags

PLEASED TO ANNOUNCE:

8 PLAYER 2-HOUR Flagswipe certificate.  Guns and ammo for 8 players (laser combat, airsoft or paintball).

http://youtu.be/BcZB4oJ5ToE

I was out there today, they have a freakin armory of guns.  Big operation, sounds like a  blast.  My kids have been to the laser combat there and said it was fantastic.  Everyone was really friendly, more info available at the swap and to the winner.

WOOT!
