Hi all, so here are some shots of my 75 which recently hit the 6 month mark. it still looks a bit bare as I have left it alone for the last few months just to let things settle. I am saving the space for fragfest  ::) ::)  I recently started seeing coraline algae growing in areas which is exciting and I have a ton of little critters popping up all over.

I havnt seen any bad algae for about 3 months now and the only thing that I am planning on changing once I have some moola would be by adding 2 T5HO for the nems and a new skimmer.

Photos taken with an iphone so sorry for the poor quality. :(

Your nems not enjoying the LEDs?  My bta has tripled in size I sometimes regret having it but it hasn't moved yet so I guess it isnt an issue yet.  But mine nem seems fine under LEDs only

My Nems seem fine under the LEDs, they have inflated bubble tips and have also grown substantially over the last 6 months and they have only moved once each since I got them plus they still have good colour which from what I understand are all signs of a happy nem, but I have seen Nems of the same variety and size that inflate a lot more which makes me think they need more light. Plus I want to try and supply more of a full spectrum for all of my corals.

I only have 165w of leds which is a little on the low side for bridgelux in any case even though I have growth I still feel a little more of a broad spectrum and intensity wouldn't hurt

Does anyone else's open brain always have it's tentacles out? It can't be hungry as I feed it every week. Plus it can't be unhealthy as it tripled in size... :-\ :-\
