@EricTMah

There should be a pic of the Original SSC from UC in my tank thread.... Have you read through my tank thread on this forum yet?

If you don't wanna go searching for my thread then here's a pic from awhile ago that I took with my cell phone :)

Nice pieces Eric! That SSC from Reef Hero is very nice and a proven grower. Sunset Milli is an awesome classic as well.

On a side note, watch where you place that Sunset Monti. Beautiful coral but very fast growing and extremely evasive. It will kill SPS, etc. I suggest keeping it on its own rock. I am going to be removing a rock covered in Sunset Monti before it spreads onto some other rocks and starts causing issues. Encrusting Montis can be a royal pain if not segregated.

@Reef Hero

Beautiful mother colony.  Can't wait for mine to grow  >:D  I'll have to have a look for your build thread and have a look.  Thanks again

@spyd
Thanks for the tip on the monti.  I actually do have it attached to one of my concrete structures. Looks like I'll be moving it sooner than later.

Tank looks fantastic. You are on your way, by February 2016 things should look really incredible. :)
Thanks! It's funny, I look at my tank so many times in a day that I always wonder how far it's come. Until I look at older pics, I realize that the tank has matured well since day one.
I'm really excited to see the growth and how everything matures over the next year again.

Looks great. That's the kind of tank people use for inspiration!
Thank you. I designed this tank knowing it wasn't going to be everyone's "cup of tea" since peninsula style and minimalistic approach are on the trend. But I've always been a fan of "fuller" tanks with more rock. I'm old school like that, or maybe just plain old ;)

You think he did it for a living LOL
:D. Thanks Jim, that gave me a good chuckle this morning.

Ya us old school guys need to stick together ;)

I love the look of peninsula and minimal aquascape. But for my main tank I wanted a fuller look. Guess I'll just need a couple more tanks to do both peninsula and minimalist :D
