When ever you guys are mixing saltwater for your water changes , and sometimes if you are lazy and don't get around to it , and the water mixes for 5-8 days and things kinda feel slimy, has this happen to anyone else , and do you care ?

And is there a trick to sticking suction cups to glass ? Like should it be half in water half out or fully under the water , or even warm it up before sticking to the glass , I wish there was a magnetic algae clip because I never have luck with them sticking to my glass :/.

Last one I can think about , if I have my 10% water change ready to go and have it at 1.24 and my tank is at 1.27 is it still good to do a water change (especially if I'm trying to lower tank to 1.24)

That's when you know the water is good and ready budz, it will be fine, also they that kind never sticks to the glass, they suck lol,
Also it shouldn't lower it to far so it shouldnt hurt them, best to get it right on but if your trying to lower just do half a change and wait couple hours and do another half change .. :)

Your water should still be more then good. Give it a powerless and air for a bit and good to go.

I use a Inovative Marine marine grazer. It is magnetic

No worries about the salinity. Well assuming that you typed it wrong. It should be 1.024 and 1.027. 10% at .003 difference should not do anything at all. You may not even see a change on the refractometer as it would be such a little difference.

Agree with Torx the less of a difference wouldn’t create any damage however the best practice is to match up with the salinity in your display unless you are trying to lower the salinity if its too high...suction cup sucks throw them in garbage lol...
