Naso Not Eating And Acting Weird

Way easier then having to treat for worms. I had the same issue before and the vitamin in the food never worked so I had to treat for worms. That fixed the fish right up. So at least it got better without having to treat.

How did you treat the fish?

oh and an update bandit is like normal, eating like a pig and being his normal friendly self.

I was able to get the fish out of the tank and medicate in a quarantine tank. Something like concentrated Praziquantel Treatment works. You can also get medicated foods that work pretty good.

I did look for de worming food - I was told that it wasn't sold anymore in Canada

If you contact seachem, they were/are very helpful with any question that I had..

I think metrodazole would work ( do your research on this first). You can metrodazole from the vet if they let you have it.

I don't think de worming food is your answer if your fish is not eating

Oh ok he is all better now?

Yea he is doing great - such a relief I am now adding selcon to the pellets and letting them soak. I don't have any scientific proof - but I have observed health improvement on all the fish. I don't feed cheep food and feed a wide variety -
