New Blue Throat Won't Eat

I caught him this morning unbelievably. He's really skinny now. I put him in my hospital tank and hit him with prazi. I'll try to feed him tomorrow. Hopefully it's like you all say and it may be an internal parasite. He's a beautiful fish and I'd hate to lose him

Yeah my regal still wont eat i dont have a hospital tank so im not sure what to do.. hope for the best i guess.

Tried to feed him a little and nothing. Maybe tomorrow the prazi will start killing whatever is hurting him

If the trigger does have an internal parasite(s) then it won't eat until they start to clear
Definitely continue to try to feed but don't be frustrated if he/she turns it down
Keep the faith, we're all wishing you the best success

I would never give up .... fish are like my babies and I would never give up on my kids .... I understand what your saying ... I just feel you always have hope ...

I am no assassin, especially on a beautiful big fish like this. It's in my frag tank, so he's alone with a cave. He still has a lot of meat on him, so I'm optimistic about how much time he has left. The prazi will hopefully work. He has absolutely no outward signs of disease. I'm wondering if he just can't adapt to aquarium life. Hope not
