So they are releasing ANOTHER solution to address the noise issue experienced by some users. Now, I was an early adopter. I love this thing, and the slim profile it has in my display, and mine is dialed in nicely by now, but when a company has to relase two different "upgrades" to help silence their item, it seems like there was a bit of a rush to bring it to market.
All new 130 gyres ship with this new mount already. I was lucky enough to get their first solution at no charge. I kinda feel as if they should be sending these for free. By releasing this product in the first place they are admitting to a faulty design. Why should I have to pay to have the proper solution? Now mine are PRETTY silent with the first fix, but I know it could be better. I just hope they send these out to early adopters for no charge or very little. Seems kind of unfair to screw the early adopters of their product of all the people buying these things.....
