Video is a bit old (2012), but I came across it today on Reddit. This Aussie reef keeper is taking down his tank and claims he hasn't seen this thing in 2 years. He thinks it's a bristle worm but a commenter thinks it's a bobbit. Either way, that's a terrifying discovery.
Makes me never want to add live rock.
According to reddit, another tank owner battled to kill his bobbit worm over several days, as he wanted to somehow display it intact. He fails over and over and finally blow torched it. http://www.michiganreefers.com/forums/advanced-topics/84173-bobbit-worm-chronicles.html

The tank didn't look like it was big; so where could it hide for the 2 years without being noticed?

Does look like a bobbit worm with the front feelers and only comes out at night and buries itself in the substrate and is an ambush preditor that gets 3 ft or more in length.
