plate dying off

OK - I had a couple of plates in my tank for about a year.  Everything seems to be doing well, but a month ago, my one plate quickly receded and died.  Sad, but I moved on.

My other plate seems to be receding - looking pretty bad all of a sudden.  My one digi looks a bit off too.  Not sure why - everything else (mainly softies and LPS) seem great.

Params look pretty good:

nitrates 20 (changed my GFO media)

hey dan same with me everythings good except all 5 of my chalices died all problems started when i switched out bulbs i thought but im thinking it could actually be my media reactor causing problem??

I guess I should have said fungia, and not plating chalice.  Here's a pic of when he was happier (on the right)
