Not to be difficult, but do you have anything in the tank yet that will produce ammonia so that you know you won't get a cycle?  It may take a few days for a cycle to start.  It will probably only be a mini cycle but you might get something. 
If you do put the fish in today, I suggest you keep some Prime on hand to neutrallize the ammonia and nitrites in case a mini cycle starts.
The tank looks great by the way!

Thanks Yvette , I will defiantly test daily for the first week, clown is in now, and there was a snail and a hermit that spent the night in there

Ya I'm a little worried becuze of the fact it's so small that it will very difficult to keep the params stable. But that's why I'm testing it out at home :)

keep up with small WC every other week on that bad boy and you shouldnt be worried about having issue with stable levels. unless you put some lps or sps in there you shouldnt have a worry. WC are key to keeping the small nano a sucess, i did a 10 gallon for a year had tonnes of things in there. good luck should be a cool looking tank

ya i plan on just soft corals, some mushrooms, gsp, zoas, stuff like that...

how many fish/snails did you have in yours?

Mine was 10 gallons I had 2 clownfish and a yellow watchmen 5 Astra snails 2 cerith give or take a few. Mini maxis, GSP, Xenia, zoas. There's a thread on members tanks at the very beginning almost.

Peppermint shrimp

This really isn't going anywhere
I'm to busy to look after it :( and with adding another big tank to my collection, this one is up for sale,
40$ will take it :)
