maybe just host your pics from photobucket and post the img link, that could be an option.

I have a question for you guys.
I bought blobs 6 bulb t5 fixture, and his retro 2 bulb one. My idea was to seperate the retro and place one on either side of the tek fixture. But the only way this will work is if the lights are 12-15" above the water.....
I pretty sure that's too high, but to here it from you guys will help.
If I really can't get this to work, I will just sell the tek fixture and buy a dual 250w metal halide unit with t5 atinics ....

ok its not going to work
ive got a mh fixture lined up , 48" dual 250w mh fixture with 4 t5s, and 12 moonlights, white and blue... thing is in mint condition
im going to keep the tek and use it over my frag tank, and retro fit a fixture for the 55 gal out of the 2 t5s, and a couple of pc's i have laying around
anyone who was interested in my 6ft hamilton tech mh light, it is now available again

i have the 2 - 250w HQI mh and 4- 54w atinics, im worried it doesnt spread enough to the sides of the tank, i will have to do some experminting with bulbs,
maybe try the blue plus ati's

that's a pretty nice setup man, take it nice and slow and your going to have a really sweet tank there in a few months. Its pretty risky to only have a single overflow like that but if ur ok with it that's all that matters. I really love that little regal tang.. i'd trade my big one for a little one like that in a heart beat.

ive got:
a little naso
yellow tail damsel (first fish i ever bought from like 1 year ago)
bi- colour angel
2 large clowns
scooter blenny
cleaner shrimp
thats it for now.
I plan to add:
flame angel (i have him in QT)
small purple tang
2 sand sifting star fish, more snails.
and thats about it... i dont want too many fish, and i dont want large fish. once they get to large i will sell them and buy smaller ones

lol I watched that video on my cell phone.. I must have mistaken your damsel for a tang.. I thought he looked really small.. I did see these Toonie sized ones for sale in London a while back, that's why I thought u might have picked one up,
