I hear ya.. 15 years ago we used to call "vines" animated gifs, they were all the rage back then

I have, for 44 years, called a vine a thing that grows grapes.  Animated gifs were called devil pictures in the demon box.

I had to look up vine.  So basically a vine absolutely nothing, but luckily of only a very short duration.  HOWEVER, then dumbasses stick them together in compilations, so they're not short anymore.  So is it still a vine?
