Question About Feeding Any Corals (spot Feeding)

I personally spot feed because I just like to lol. I just wondered that is it better to wait 20 min when the light go out to feed corals when their tenticals come out , or it doesn't matter if you're spot feeding anyways ?

What they say, is to feed when the lights are off, because the corals extend more to feed. I'll usually do it before lights out. Or before lights come on. That's usually the best for me.
