anyone having problems with these jumping ? i got 2 today. and have went to get them out of the coast to coast oberflow at the back twice tonite i have put a peice of glass top for tonite its only 6 inchs wide

Just means he's stressed out... They are known for jumping when stressed, needs some good hiding places to dart into when scared...

oh, that's not good, I wonder if turning out the lights and maybe putting a towel or blanket over the tank will help them to settle in..

Well that's good they must be settled in...

they are a Dart fish, sometimes they Dart right out of the tank. They certainly do better in pairs and yes they need places to hide.
