RO DI and Chloramines

I was researching RO DI units and watching BRS videos on the subject and learned about chlorine vs. chloramine treatments and found the following link.  http://www.publichealthgreybruce.on.ca/water/Public_Drinking/Chloramines.htm
Thought all should be aware that Grey Bruce uses chloramine and not chlorine!  BRS video talks about it here Chloramines RODI and Reef Tanks EP:5 Aquarium Reverse Osmosis
I thought London and surrounding areas get there water from Grey Bruce.  Can anyone confirm?

London (at this point) doesn't use chloramines.  It might be good to have a list of regions that do/don't use them, as they certainly can be an issue for a reef tank!
