Rodi Tank

I acquired a glass aquarium i want to use for a RODI tank. It had freshwater fish in it and the guy had an ich issue with the fish he had in this tank. What is the best way to clean it before I start using it to be sure any ick or other parasites are killed off?

FW ich and SW ich are completely different creatures and neither can exist in the other environment.
