I figured out what was wrong there were 2 things. One of them was the first #'s were taken in a plastic cup. Now these #'s were taken in a glass jar:
Tap:92
RO:9
RODI:000-001 (the meter couldn't make up its mind.)

I just by chance tested in a glass container too, however I drink out of that glass sometimes, I guess I'm clean!  ;D

It was one of those Dixe plastic cups

You would think those were pretty sanitary, maybe it was just stuff flushing out of the system, test the water in the cup again in a week... just doesn't seem right.

Take it from someone who was too lazy to hook up his RO unit after a move and did tapwater for ~6years.......NO YOU WOULDN'T  :-\
