Happy birthday to me


So after alot of thought ... i decided to get myself a neptune apex ... from unibob ... as a birthday gift for myself...

Jerry said he would help me install ... well since he has been busy...i thought i would start it for him ... i call customer service for them to help me with the computer stuff and well luis was his name ... remoted in and began to help me ... turns out i got a bad until ... the brain they call it wont connect to the 8 bar until ... and when i say connect they wont talk to the until ... luis suggested i return for a new one ...

Sent jerry a msg ... what a disappointing day .....

Like a million times lol ... that was the customer service guys suggestion ..

Install and unstall all the firmware as well ...

He thinks i got a bad braind .... it wont light up the eb8 green

Did you register the token from the apex standard webpages? Getting fusion set up takes a bit and if you do not understand the tech side, it is best to have someone there. I just set up @Deptron 's Apex. There was a few coding errors I had to fix up, but all and all, it did not take long at all.

I'm pretty sure there's some black magic involved in getting it going.

You can check if it is getting an IP through the controller by pressing the center circle button, System -> Setup -> Net Setup -> IP. Sometimes you just have to restart it. Make sure that DHCP is ON, it is in the System -> Setup -> Net Setup
