Safe To Use Still?

I have a MJ400 that is missing the bottom. I assume it is still safe but thought I would run it by the crew.

Don't see why not - the bottom has no effect except to prevent big gunk from entering

There is no moving parts for anything to come in contact with. The motor and wiring is all enclosed in the epoxy. This open area normally fills with water when submerged.

Those are completely sealed units
Try it in a bucket of water first if you are concerned but we expect you back on the job first thing tomorrow morning !!!

All seemed to work just fine after a good cleaning. It had sat in a bin for a few years in touched. All worked just fine.
