Not that I am aware of. I was considering that actually before I switched to Fauna Marin. I'm currently on my 3rd box of that, and I am liking it so far. Will switch from ESV to their matching balling salts in the next week or so to get the best feel for it.

I've been using that. It's awesome. You can get it from Amazon.com or brs.

I'm trying fauna Marin after my next box is gone of the hw.

Higher price salt has more mag and others so yur not dosing as much

there are so many different types of salt and I think it depends what you are keeping and of course the all mighty budget... I googled it...

I am surprised there is no distributor for HW in Canada. I use Salinity now but when I looked into the HW salt it seems to have much in common with Salinity as being totally Synthetic made and at lab quality as that where it got its start 50 years ago. Oh well maybe one day, as bringing up from BRS well with the Dollar now not an option, just for fun I to a look would cost 203.00 Cd. for 1 box delivered.

I noticed that too but I was wondering if there are another stores that carry them as well in Canada.

On the product page, the difference between the probiotic and regular one is the probiotic one support NP coral. What is NP coral? Is the probotic twice better than the regular one to warrant double in price?

I use Aquaforest Reef Salt from Amazon and get it for $59 shipped to my door. It has great parameters with low Alk which is great with Zeo. Can't beat the price!

the reviews are actually good though. Stable and reliable salt.
