Scratch Removal

Picked up my "new to me" tank this weekend. There is a small scratch (can't feel with your nail) on the front pane that I wouldn't mind trying to repair before I start my build. I have the felt buffing pad but I was looking for cerium oxide. Does anyone know where to get locally ? Or an alternative ?

I have a 3/4 container of cerium oxide left. I had to order it in from a glass company. Paid $65 for it. Pm me an offer.

Cerium oxide is known for polishing glass and some small scratches out of aquariums
