Sea Swirl it's been on my wish list for a while now. Nothing but great reports on them. I have always looked at it this way, if I have to a have a return why not have it rotate and make better use of the flow.

I found 1. It's the deluxe pick whatever size one.

Now I need to find another. I'm running about 1100-1200 gph through my sump. I think 2 should do along with 2 mp40 and a gyre as an option.

I'm going to re do my return plumbing to come up over the back and run across the eurobracing.

Its that a @bart84 signal in the clouds?

I thought about it at one point but then decided it was one more thing that can fail. and we already have too many things that can fail in this hobby

I love my sea swirl. Super quiet and smooth!!! I find the way I have it is that the anti siphon hole pushes the top water into my coast to coast over flow.

GTA Reef uses them. I drilled my bracing to use them and will likely be adding them shortly myself. I have over the last year watched for them used and they never seem to come up really. Unibob has an old product used from Vertex kicking around. Just the 1 though I believe. I might very well order mine shortly as my parents come back from Florida mid month.

I use sea swirls and have for many years. They are an amazing product. I completely rebuilt two of them a couple of years ago. You can order all the parts from sea swirl. It takes about half an hour. And I think the parts are about $100

The Mocean 3500 is discontinued I believe so customer service don't matter
