Does anyone get Email replies when they contact Sealife Central?

I've sent them numerous EMails at separate times about products and not once have I ever received a reply.

I can't always call during their business hours, so what's the trick?

Any time I have been in the store they have been awesome. I've brought my kids there a couple times and they entertain their kid questions while I can look around.

It's just hard to juggle my schedule with theirs is all. I can't always drop in or Call during business hours.
