GE1 is fine - make sure its the window and door (NOT KITCHEN AND BATH)

there are a few other ones that will work but that is by far the cheapest stuff. It will say NO SAFE FOR AQUARIUMS on the back but it is. They put this disclaimer on the back because GE also markets an aquarium safe silicon (more expensive but same formula) so they would rather you pay more for that stuff.

I actually found it tough to find the GE! - Home Depot has loads of GE2 (b/c its stronger). I was only able to find a mini tube of it when i was there last year, but LOWES seems to have everything that Homedepot doesnt (especially plumbing) so i would check there first.

also note - the GE1 shouldnt be used a heavy load bearing adhesive. They have special silicon for that type of application. If you are just using it for a small tank or sump baffles then you should be fine. You will need to get in touch with a glass company to get a hold of the RTV stuff which is commercial strength.
