Solid skimmer.

Product Highlights:
1. Powerful & Efficient: The Bubble Blaster pump and innovative pinwheel impeller deliver a large colume of fine air bubbles without using a lot of energy or producing a lot of heat.
2. Stabalized Foam Production: Bubble diffusing chamber and hybrid cone body naturally reduce and stabilize the foam production resulting in less turbulence in the neck area and more contact time for organics to rise and collect.
3. Greater Air Draw: Produced by the Max Injection Venturi Air Injection System
4. Precision Control: Control the water level in the skimmer with a simple turn of the gate valve.
5. Quiet: Oversized air silencer for quiet operation with an airline mount.
6. Easy Maintenance: Collection cup features a quick release neck for easy removal for cleaning. Also incorperates a drain-port and is self-venting.

I'd look at the AquaMaxx/JNS ConeS Co-3.  I just got the Co-2, wanting more skimming capacity volume wise from the SRO-2000INT.  So far, it has been running for almost 2 weeks and it is breaking in nicely and pulling dark brown skimmate.  I've got about 145 gallons of system water, the Co-3 will probably be perfect for you tank, assuming you want to stock it fairly heavy.  I don't know long term about these skimmers and their pumps but everything I've read has been positive.  You can get one from Reef Concept in Quebec, $390 plus tax but with free shipping.  They have been apparently going out of stock fairly quickly.

That is a nice design Jordan. That is my biggest gripe with the SRO. You cannot get into the body of the unit to clean it fully. You can only reach into the neck and go from there.
