All right. I'm down to the end game on the upgrade. The tank is 96 x 30 w x 24 tall. Im looking at either building the sump form an old tank i bought and have cut apart. Or just buying a 125 gallon tank to use.
I am building the stand with 2 front supports and 2 rear, as well as tripledup legs in the corners. I'm still looking at plans to keep it as open as possible and at the same time keep it as strong as possible.
Is a 125 gallon tank enough of a sump? I can probably run about 14" of water in it and have enough room for drain down from the display.
I'd like to have a nice big Refugium in there. I'll be running pumps and skimmer externally.
