Guys,

Lend a brother a hand....

Skimmer seems to be working fine, skimate producing since I've owned it...

Last day or two she seems to be spilling a ton of micro bubbles into the display tank, enough so that it clouds the water....

Is she done? Ive restarted it a few times (thinking it may be air in the initial start up) pulled a 15 gallon water change, no improvements

Any suggestions?

I have the same skimmer. I ran a micro filter bag over the outlet. . Like 50 microns just zip tied it over the outlet to capture all the bubbles and it made a huge difference.

I had the next one up from here. I had micro bubbles, but I just had to tune it again. It had to be in at least 8" of water to get it dialed in. The gate had to be half closed or more or I would get micro bubbles. Maybe try raising the skimmer up or lowering the water level, then tune it in again. What is the water level in your skimmer chameber? Sometimes things change over time, maybe it was OK before, but now it has 'settled' in with the system and needs a different water level.
