Tank Size Question

is there a tank that's 5' long ? I see a lot of 2' , 3' , 4' and 6' .

If you're looking for one keep your eye on kijiji. I saw 3 or 4 when i was looking for a tank. Ranged from 100-120 gallons.

I believe 112 gal is common as well.
I had one years ago. The dimensions were
60"L × 18"W × 24" T.

And also, if I remember right, 150 gal with dimensions of 60"×24"×24".?

Yea that's a not-so-common , but still semi standard tank ^

That's a 120 long. 120 tall is 48x24x24

Why would a tall be shorter(less tall) than a long? Just sounds odd to name them that way.

Technically your size is "longer" than the tall one listed

Yeah. I googled it. Just would make more sense to call the 48 a standard. And the 60 a long or tall. Seeing as how it is longer and taller. Have a friend with a six foot tank. She calls it a 120. Must be a 125.

Make sure you use real measurements...Inches. If you speak Metric-ese it won't make sense.

My 120 tall was but 18" front to back pane doesn't leave a lot of swim room once lr is in
