I have a 30g bioCube  with a Domino damsel. He has be in there for three years, with other tank mates that he has slowly killed off. So who can I put with him? I was thinking a big reef  Lobster or even a angler/frogfish, someone who can hold their own against him. Any ideas?

Why not kick the damsel out to a new home, there bullies and IMO should never been in a reef tank because of the aggressive behaviours, with bugger fish like tangs and wrasse they would be fine, but their to big for that size tank. Maybe a sixline would work, their smaller in size compared to other wrasse and they also can be aggressive, so it could work.

I would get a goby/shrimp pair, there always cool in the little nano tanks. I believe frog fish would need a bigger home if I'm thinking of the correct fish.

Frog fish can get quite large if I recall and are predatory by nature. I'd be careful.

+1 for kicking out the damsel and going after other fish.

+1 on rehoming the damsel. Will be impossible to get a fish large enough to fight back,  but small enough for that tank

Other option is all in the acclamation of the new fish. Take the damsel out, rearrange the rockwork, add new fish, add damsel a few days later.

I agree on the dottyback. I have one that lives with a clarkii clown just the 2 of them in a 29 gallon biocube cuz the 2 of them are quite the bullies. My dottyback is a serial killer.
