I've got a large Tomato Clown, Not sure if I should keep it, If I buy a pair of Clowns, Will it bother them or even kill them?

It might bother them.  Tomatoes are pretty aggressive.  I'd find it a new home before adding a pair of percs or other type of clowns.

Brother has a tomato and a pair of percs in a 250+ size aquarium.  It's almost too small lol.

Clarkii and perc. The Clarkii hates the perc who lives in the top corner of my tank by one of my returns, but the clarkii is literally the tank of the aquarium and bullies everything in it. He is the biggest clown fish I have ever seen in person, at least 6". My perc is only 1 1/2".

I have a pair of Tomato clowns and the female is the aggressor. She will chase anything in the tank if she feels like it. I also have a pair of Saddleback clowns in the same tank. Each have one end of the tank staked out. The saddlebacks don't bother anyone else. I wouldn't get another pair of Tomato clowns for the aggressiveness only. A smaller clown would certainly take a beating, not worth the chance, in my humble opinion
