Torch coral died

Woke up today to no more torch coral. Not sure why but it died. Any ideas?

Lol nice! Hahaha I dont put hands in my tank. I feed with a turkey baster. Lol. Something caused it. I had two heads, one died in my 55 and now this head died in the 135. Sucks....

Did you recently frag the torch?  Or did you frag other stuff in the tank that pissed it off? (that is my guess on what happened to my fungia plate)
