this kind of thing happens alot... the people getting paid in gold ( advancing quicker in jobs, getting raises etc) are always 'minorities'.
I know ppl that have been flat out right told that they cant be hired because they are a white male; wrong gender and wrong race...
everyones fighting for equality but we pretty much just made it worse...
its impossible for everyone to be equal, there has to be a high rung of society and a low rung, what society CAN do, is make it a bit easier on the low rung, and make it so if you work hard you CAN move up the ladder...
but hard work doesnt define anything anymore... its all about what race and gender you are....

It's not impossible for everyone to be equal, people have their heads up there asses to far to care about anyone else, that's the problem.
IMO there should be no minority or race wars. We should all get equal chances at everything. When the government spends more per day on religious wars then they do to educate their own citizens, there's something wrong. It could be changed but society to ignorant and caught up in material shit to care for thy neighbour.
