Ultra Picasso And Gold Bar Maroon Clown

Hi all,
Ober the last two weeks I have watched my new picasso become very friendly with the smaller maroon clown.
Last night I found the bonding or at least acting like it and having a mushroom host them.
Firstly is this possible for them to breed and what will they produce?
I was going to buy a snowflake or any picasso to match up but I got hang off if this is possibly a good thing.
Please all let me know your thoughts I am curious.

I don't think that cross species will breed, I had a maroon clown that was the size of a man's hand.. be careful they are sometimes not the nicest when they get big...nice fish tho...

Occelaris and maroons are genetically compatible.. Socialization is usually the barrier. I would keep them together with no other choices and see if their bonding will continue through to mating.

Most maroon x occelaris that turn up are from multi cell breeding systems when the broadcast sperm mixes in neighboring tanks housing the other species.
