no there was no gfci  at the time but i got one that plugs into the wall outlet over in lowes port huron

Update....all fish are alive. Even the sand sifting starfish  the only casuality is the frogspawn  and orange enchinilla  i only did one 12 gallon waterchange  running carbon in a bag  between baffles ..it is almost like a schock to the system That has most corals do better.    My 20 head duncan has been looking dead and closed for 6 months  but after the heater broke its blooming  I dont see my emerald crab tho
