So, so far i have 3 dwarf zebra crabs, 2 sand sniffing snails and 4 Astrea snails. My tank is been running for 2 months, i think i might have to add some more members to the cuc. What am i missing and what should i purchase?

I personally love my strawberry conch, and think it's an excellent addition to any tank.

My strawberry conch eats any of the diatoms on the sand as well as any left over food that my fish don't eat. Periodically I add and algae wafer too.

Please see Nathan's post about his clam. I will say prioritize yoru CUC based on what corals and inhabitants your'e going to be keeping. Best CUC for me are the tiny brittle seastars that grow to about 2-3" that comes as hitch hikers. you never see them as they are nocturnal, and will munch on detrius, excess food and dead things. And of course you do have your regular hitch hiker worms that will eat the food.

I don't keep any CUC in my tank. I am counting on brittlestars and any worms that survive my wrasse and bacteria along with high flow to do the job.

hermit crabs and pistol shrimps will attack soft stuff from time to time. that includes expensive clams. lost hundred-dollar clam and a $80 nem to a $3 hermit crab. If you're planning on expensive zoas careful there too.
I rather kill them myself than lose expensive stuff to a rogue CUC.

I love peppermint shrimps for eating aiptasia. though they eat aiptasia they never bothered any nems or zoas I had. To my knowledge there's not a horror story with peppermint shrimp. In my hands I found that they are not great scavangers and I had to target feed frozen food at them or else they'd never get the food.

never had sexy shrimp, though I read they can turn rogue too.
