What's your tank feeding regimen?

Just curious what everyone's tank feeding schedule is like (along with what inhabits the tank). Maybe I'll learn a thing or two!  Personally, my fish get two thawed mysis cubes once a day, and my eels get clams and salad shrimp on Wednesday and Saturday.  Everything seems happy  :)

Way to go! Talk about DIY!!

I feed mysis 3 times a week. New Life Spectrum (NLS) Pellets twice a week and nori everyday. Mainly Tangs and Wrasses in my tank along with Clowns, Anthias, Cardinals, Foxface and a Flame Angel.

That sounds like a great way to incorporate plant matter for my omnivores. Learned something already!

I read that vegetables aren't good for saltwater fish.
If you think about it, there are very few true plants on a reef.  Algae is not a plant. They are in different kingdoms.

never in all my years had any issues with feeding veggies, and all ive read is mostly debate or opinions,my fish and corals are all healthy and vibrant in colours so i wont change with the exception of when i add muscles or other fish or seafood that happens to be in the fridge when i make a batch, and my fish are fat and healthy and always eat like pigs, its quite the display actually

I like that idea Pulp.

I am just blending up Seafood Melody with added scallops from the grocery store with a sheet or 2 of seaweed and RO\DI water.
LOL. Keep up the beat. Your fish will sing soon.

I feed:
1x3" seaweed sheet
and one  of the following (in rotation):
- less than half cube of frozen Mysis (rinsed), or
- one pinch of pellets, or
- chopped raw shrimp (equivalent of less than half cube), or
- chopped raw scallop (equivalent of less than half cube)

All the above for 1 medium hippo, 1 large yellow tang, 1 large purple tang, 1 anthelia, 1 clown.

I'm guilty of being on over feeder, I need a bigger sump so I can have a larger skimmer :D

I feed new era flake probably 3 times a day and I keep feeding until I see the first fish to not eat anymore. Rotate between whole line.

Frozen cube of mysis or cyclopeeze prob every 3 days.

Seaweed here and there, nls pellets(garlic)

I'm so guilty of over feeding, My Fox Face just sits there waiting for food, I was feeding Flake every day with 1 cube of Mysis and occasionally pellets but I'm trying to stay away from the Flakes all together, I've got to get to the store and make my own concoction.

1/4 cube mysis, 1/4 cube brine every two days. Flakes and pellets everyday and a small square of nori every couple days. I also feed my LPS and Nems tiger shrimp and silvervsides ones a week.

I have a watchmen, mccoskeri wrasse, foxface, two small clowns and 5 little yellow chromis. The flakes are mainly for the smaller ones.

My tank inhabitants:

Purple Tang
Yellow Tang
Hippo Tang
Three Stripe Damsels x 3
Domino Damsel x 3
Blue Green Chromis x 2
Blue Damsels x 5
Fox Face
Black Cap Gramma
Lyre Tail Anthias x 2
Bartlett's Anthias
Ocellaris Clowns x 2

I had a yellow wrasse, but I haven't seen it in about a month or so, so it is probably dead.

I feed a few pinches of NLS pellets 2 out 3 days (I usually forget one day somewhere lol)

sometimes I feed mysis and cyclopeeze instead of NLS. (3 cubes, 2 of 1 and 1 of the other) depends on what is in my freezer)

Nori is added once a week or so if I remember.
