Same way you did with ammonia and nitrifying bacteria. I also used some liverock as well in my sump with lots of marine pure. There have been clowns in fragtank since ammonia was being cleared in a day, then a yellow tang shortly after.
I will be doing a 20% water change today and also starting to soak my carbon and nitra guard cubes so I can add to tank.
