at this point i would agree with the 50% water change, lots of carbon, prime, more air ie:skimmer wide open, air stone etc... and i would probably do it a second time in 48 hrs, things are dying there, short of a whole different tank to put everything in like a quarantine tank you have nothing to loose at this point (actually everything unless you fix the problem) from the looks and description you gave

One of my BTA seems to be falling apart? and one sps is bleached
the BTA if it is dieing it will do that to a tank. take it out and do about 50% water change and it will be ok.I had the same thing happen and that is what I did and all was ok after that.

Thought I would update, Tank is normal again:
-My anemones falling apart were it losing all tentacles and some how now there is a bunch of mini BTA's  :? , The 2 smaller ones withered away
-Lost 1 sps which was in a rough shape to begin with
-1 SPS might be gone but still has some colour so might still have it, while my brown/red sps grew even more
-Kenya trees and xenia are regrowing their stalks and almost back to normal

- Now I seem to have this weird orange hair like algae growing on glass?

If you nems on its way out I would take it out of the tank if it's dieing it can and will wipe out everything
