No before pictures as I am notorious for just jumping in and thinking about pictures later. I did buy a 120 off kijiji from a guy who happens to be pretty much around the corner. His brother had made a customer stand (and made it properly/professionally).

Drilled my first tank, with help from pulpfiction1.

1/2 inch glass..approx 30 minutes to prep/drill both holes

All drilled and back painted black.

Pained me to destroy part of this stand, but it can go back together. I needed a way to get my sump it as it was not going to fit through the front doors.

I still have a canopy to install, but here is where it stands so far. Still lots of work and rock scaping, but at least it is up and running.

Crude quick sump drawing. I have the full siphon drain looped back directly into the final chamber so I can control the amount of flow through the sump without loosing any in the display from that Mag18. Same as the third line in the manifold. It is solely looping water back into that chamber. It was handy in controlling the flow through the DT drains and will be used to pump water out for water changes or what ever else may pop up.

nice work! Got lots of room in that DT!

I know, huge difference from my Nanocube. Hard to believe that I had all that coral stuffed in that small of a tank before.

More fish too come, still trying to get the wife to adjust to the sheer size, but not the first time I have had to do that ;)

Just thinking about a yellow and hippo tang. Nothing too difficult.

Looks like it is going to be a nice setup.  You are a brave man for drilling glass, I don't have the balls to do that.

Thanks you all. It was very un-nerving drilling the glass. Learned a lot so far, hoping to not have to drill again too often lol.
