Nice. Resist the urge to crank them up. Leds are way more powerful than you would think. Would hate to see you cook your corals.

Another problem I have without the controller is I don't know what % I have them at... I just had a remote with a + and - setting..

Start at the off position and count how many clucks it take to up to 100%.

Then you can figure out how much you're running.

Tried that but its hard. One click doesn't pop it up one brightness setting.. I'm gunna end up ordering the controller.

Because there seems to be an explosion on nano tanks being put together lately, thought I'd show an update on mine. didn't realize how much growth I had until looking back at the old pictures. Enjoy!

Gorgeous little tank ALowe, the colour of light in the tank is perfect, really makes everything pop!
Thanks shooter! As i'm sure you're aware, camera doesn't do it justice at all. Really pleased with the colour and growth I've gotten since upgrading to lights from ledzeal.com

Blast them with a 100w equivalent cfl 6500k bulb for about 12-14 hrs a day max and remember to mist the dry ends three times a week. And especially when the leaves begin to show. They need a freshwater misting to rid the salt secretion from the plant. Also resist the urge to move them. They need to root before the flower

I had them losely in the sump and just transfered them into a glass cup with aggregate so now they can root. A few have pretty substantial roots now in the few weeks i've had them. I'll start misting them I haven't done that.

I just love how I can have a reef on my bed side table and sleep next to it. Can't do that with a loud monster system.
Hey! I sleep next to a monster and it not loud at all. Honest , a few time I did lay down next to my tank to rest my eye and end up falling asleep right on the floor. Wake up piss and tell my wife why didn't you bring me a blanket and a pillow. I mean doesn't matter where I sleep, as long as I got a good sleep than it ok. A blanket and pillow would really help;)
