Thanks, No regrettably the CBB didnt make it. not sure what happened. he was eating mysis.. but not overly agressive about feeding, he liked live copepods but that wasnt enough, i doubt ill try another until i start a new tank and have the time to condition one

What are you taking your pics with and what editing software are you using. Looks great.

im shooting a canon T3(entry level dslr), The latest shots are taken with the Tamron 90mm Macro lens and the FTS from a few days ago i shot with the the standard 18-55 IS kit lens. For post editing i use Adobe Lightroom, its a very powerful program and its pretty much the industry standard, but i only use it for the basics like cropping and white balance adjustment. I know there are some that consider adjusting photos to be blasphemous around here, but you've seen my tank and i try to get pretty close to real life as i can. Personally i think camera's arent meant to capture the color temperatures and lighting of reef tanks and while they do a decent job, post editing is a requirement.

I agree some diting is needed. I was just playing with my editing. I sent u some of the pics. I need a macro lens.
Your pics are very well done.
The one maxi mini moved about 3 inches inbetween two rocks now. It took him about 2 hours too move 3 inches.

yes i saw those, they are looking great. dont get too hung up on a macro lens, 95% of all my photos are taken with the 18-55mm kit lens, the below photo is with the standard kit lens. if your not using a tripod then that would be my first buy!
