no worries at all, This is still somewhat new to me as only 4 or 5 months ago my fish were lucky to get fed at all, i'd feed them like 3 times a week tops.. lol Now that my tank has really started to mature its much better at controlling nutrients on its own im finding so im following Darryls lead and trying the strong import/export method out, so far so good, im seeing growth in all my corals and the color is looking good. So as of now im feeding 1 cube of rinsed PE Mysis, 1 cube of rinsed spirilina brine shrimp, and 4 or 5 spoonfulls of brs reef chilli daily about an hour after lights on.. I also dose elos amino acids at 4 drops a day(haven't seen any change good or bad at all with this stuff, but it does get the SPS to throw feeders during lights on pretty good.) I use nls small pellets that I use almost daily also but only small amounts. Nutrients are managed with 250ml of bio pellets and 250ml of brs high cap GFO and a skimz sm161 protein skimmer which is oversized for the setup. I also grow macro algae in my sump. Hope that helps. I really have no secrets, I just figured Darryl knows what hes talking about and what he says makes sense.. so im going with it.. Lots of food in and strong export out..

last readings I took were yesterday.

N .75ppm
P04 10ppb (hanna checker)
cal 450
alk 8.7
mg 1480
