geez your old, haha

but i must say the game tonight was excellent, even though we lost i had nothing to complain about and i thought both teams played well and did well, if fleury wasnt a friken brick wall we wouldve had alot more and vise versa :)

on a side note, im getting sick of these bullshit suspensions, that hit on d'magio deserved MAYBE a 2 min, but if hes suspended im mailing buttman and shanahan a box of pig shit, buddy OBVIOUSLY didnt mean to headshot him, shit just happens, this is hockey, not cricket, people get hurt and theirs nothing you can do to change that other than a foam nerf puck and inflatable sticks and a foam pit instead of ice... geez bunch of butt hurt pansies the nhl is turning into.

No suspension on that hit last night in Toronto game, it was clean, he bent down and came up for the hit, trying to avoid the head. And bernier is lucky he didn't fuck himself up coming out of the net like that.

Great game though!!! big hits, big fights.

It's funny, I didn't see phaneuf doing much, but Crosby was chirping at Kadri almost all game, I was hoping they would have a real fight instead of that little girl slapfight they had.

Cherry likely hit it on the head (bad pun) when he said that the injuries are coming a lot from the new regs of no contact when kids are coming up through the ranks.  How can a kid get used to taking/avoiding hits when he's never had to worry about it.  I knew not to put mu head down, always knew to check behind me when rushing into a corner, and knew not to aim for someone's noggin when I did make a hit.  Now they're learning at the NHL level how to take/give hits and that's crazy, you'll get killed.

Re: HOCKEY talk & video games too.

But not ALL your defence and your back up goalie. Oh ya forgot that I, Zatkoff 3rd NHL game and he shut down every leaf to come for a shoot out.

We have a total 14 players injured. All top defence, top forward Malkin. I must say we collected up a great group of rookies. That megna, man he can skate

see what happens when we FINALLY work as a team...
the talent is there, just need to make it happen...

I see they played as a team last night....  ;)

Leafs are a game away from being a .500 team.  Just like every year.  Then comes the second half of the season and the teams that are working hard to fix what isn't working will overtake them, because the leafs think they have the ultimate team "WE ROCKED AT THE BEGINNING OF THE SEASON, YOU REMEMBER THAT?!?!", and don't fix shit.

It's the same thing, year after year, decade after decade, and likely century after century.  It's sad because I invested so much of my life to 'believing the lie' that I would be happy for them if they actually made a real run for the cup.  I'll never root for them, but I would tip my hat.  However, it ain't going to be this year.
